Professional Career
1997: Played in four games after spending the entire 1996 season on injured reserve…He recorded 14 total tackles including two for loss…His first NFL start came in the Week 9 contest against the Bears and he made the most of his opportunity, accounting for five tackles, including two for loss, and he batted a ball down at the line of scrimmage…A foot injury forced him to be inactive for the next 6 games before he returned to action against the Eagles in Week 16 when he had five tackles while playing a total of 35 snaps … 1996: Rookie season was cut short in training camp when a foot injury placed the Redskins sixth round draft pick on injured reserve for the season… Drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 6th round of the 1996 draft

College Career
One of the top pass rushers in the MEAC as a junior and senior…Led Virginia State with a career-best nine sacks for 70 yards as a senior…He also led the team with 22 tackles for loss…Totaled 37 tackles and forced two fumbles…As a junior backup, totaled seven sacks and also added seven tackles for loss…He also came up with 17 tackles in his reserve role.

Personal
Nicknamed “K2,” Kelvin earned all-county, all-conference and all-state honors at Montgomery (WV) High School. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and skiing and someday would like to skydive. He resides in Ashburn, VA.
