Professional Football: Originally signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 1995…spent first 15 games of season on practice squad…played in 11 games in 1996…emerged as one of the top players on the Dolphins' special teams units…led team with 11 special teams tackles…also blocked a punt and returned seven kickoffs for 132 yards (18.9 avg.) with a long of 25…spent the entire 1997 season on injured reserve …sustained ligament damage in his right knee during an intra-squad scrimmage on 7/14/97…made a successful comeback from knee surgery and saw duty in Miami’s first three games of the year ...was released on 10/1/98…signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent in 1999.

College Football: Syracuse University…four-year letter winner at running back… posted career totals of 292 rushes for 1,337 yards and 11 touchdowns…caught 27 passes for 266 yards and three scores…had 853 yards rushing and 10 TDs on 188 carries his senior year…gained a career-high 159 yards against Maryland…took a reverse on a kickoff and raced 100 yards for a touchdown against Colorado in the Fiesta Bowl as a sophomore…played in every game as a redshirt freshman…had a 95-yard kickoff return for a score against Florida…majored in political science.
