the second half Saturday as San Francisco rallied over host
Memphis 13-6 at the Liberty Bowl.
San Francisco's Wendell Davis intercepted a pass from Maniax
backup quarterback Jim Druckenmiller on the Demons 5 yard line
with seconds remaining to preserve the win.
The Demons improve their record to 2-1 on the season while
Memphis, losing at home for the second straight week, falls to
1-2.
The Maniax held a 6-0 lead at halftime thanks to field goals
from Jeff Hall. Hall connected from 31 and 36 yards. He also had
a second half attempt blocked.
