Not drafted in first installment of XFL player selections, but claimed by San Francisco during second mini-camp when Dunbar and Terry Battle were sidelined by injuries …. Helped Huskers to two consecutive Orange Bowl berths, but lost both to Florida State and Miami, Fla. …. Bypassed senior collegiate season and tabbed in fourth round, the 109th overall pick, in the 1993 NFL draft. 1997: Poised for fifth season with Saints, but sustained a torm quadriceps tendon in pre-season camp and was sidelined the entire year ….
