One of Demons 11 original territorial protected players after starting three years at California .. Started for Rhein last summer when the Fire edged Scotland for the NFL Europe title . Product of one of Bay Areas top high school programs. 2000: Rheins starter at left cornerback in World Bowl, his ninth opening assignment in 11 games last summer . Pilfered passes in consecutive weeks during the first three games of the season against Amsterdam and Frankfurt . Also among the team leaders in passes defensed (10) and total tackles and one of three Fire defenders to recover fumbles .
