Born in California, but moved to the midwest at age 16 following his sophomore year in high school …. Coached at alma mater in 1998 before earning first professional shot the next year. 2000: One of only three players in Arena history to register more than 100 tackles, capping his second Iowa season with 107 stops to finish No. 2 in the league …. Established team mark with 10 interceptions for 81 yards and also deflected away 14 other passes …. Played offense sparingly but fielded three passes for 43 yards and a touchdown for Central Division champs. 1999: Played just 10 games because of a broken foot, but still paced the Barnstormers with nine interceptions, including four in post-season play ….
