	David Riggs David Riggs Named Director of Marketing for the Chicago Enforcers Chicago, IL, August 28 The Chicago Enforcers XFL football team announced today the naming of David Riggs as Director of Marketing. Riggs comes to the Enforcers with a background in sports marketing and promotions as well as broadcast sales. He has worked for WMAQ Radio in Chicago as a Sports Marketing Account Executive. In addition, he served as Director of Marketing, Promotions and Development for Loyola University Chicago and also worked for SportsChannel Chicago for two years as an Administrator for Promotions and Special Events. At WMAQ, Riggs developed integrated sponsorships for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Blackhawks radio broadcasts. For three years prior to that, Riggs was the Director of Athletic Marketing and Promotions at Loyola University Chicago. In that position, he designed and executed marketing strategies to increase attendance and revenue for Loyola's 15 intercollegiate athletic teams. From 1995-97, Riggs worked for SportsChannel Chicago as Administrator of Promotions and Special Events. A 1993 graduate of Bucknell, Riggs has a B.A. in English.
