	Matt Clay Matt Clay Named Executive Assistant for the Chicago Enforcers Chicago, IL, September 15 The Chicago Enforcers XFL football team announced today the naming of Matt Clay as Executive Assistant. Clay comes to the Enforcers after working for Maxim Group in Chicago as a Technical Recruiter. From 1998-99, Clay worked as Assistant General Manager for the Spokane Shadow Soccer Club where he was responsible for ticket sales and supervised the sales staff. Prior to that, he spent one year as an Account Executive with the Spokane Indians Baseball Club. In that position, he was responsible for season and group ticket sales. A 1997 graduate of Marquette University with a B.S. in Marketing, Clay spent the summer of 1997 working as the Assistant Director of Daily Operations for the Kane County Cougars baseball team in Geneva, Ill.
