Has coaching experience on the professional, collegiate and high school levels...in 1999, he served as an assistant coach at Northeastern University in Boston...coached for three years as a Graduate Assistant at Illinois under current head coach Ron Turner...in the summer of 1999, participated in the NFL Minority Coaching Program with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers...started his coaching career with a four-year stint at Miami's Killian High School from 1993-97...in 1991 and 1992, played for the New Jersey/New York Knights in the World League of American Football...1990 graduate of Miami (Fla.)...played on two national championship teams...twice earned honorable mention All-American honors...graduated from Lindblom High School in Chicago in 1985...earned All-City and All-State honors.
