Professional Career
2000: Signed as a free agent by the Denver Broncos…Released during preseason … 1999: Signed as an unrestricted free agent from the Atlanta Falcons on March 3, 1999…Released during training camp … 1998: Antonio played in 15 games and all three playoff contests, including Super Bowl XXXIII, for the Falcons, contributing 17 tackles and a sack…He missed one game at Detroit (12/20/98) when he was active but did not play…He made his biggest play of the year at the New York Giants (10/11) when he stripped Giants quarterback Danny Kannell of the football and ran two yards for a touchdown, recording a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a touchdown all on the same play.

College Highlights
Antonio was a four-time letterman and a four-time starter for Valdosta State, the same school that produced Falcons linebacker Jessie Tuggle…Antonio was named Gulf South Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a senior (1992), totaling 45 tackles, five tackles for a loss and four sacks…He ended his college career with a school record 34 sacks…He recorded 12 sacks as a junior (1991) following a 14 sack campaign as a sophomore (1990).

Personal
A criminal justice major at Valdosta State, Antonio lettered in football at Colquitt County HS in Moultrie, GA… While in Seattle, Antonio sponsored a reading enrichment program and helped build a playground at Brighton Elementary School in Seattle… Antonio has a daughter, Ashanti (1/29/94) and a son, Amahn (1/30/96)…He and his wife, Regina, live in Charlotte.
