The Scope

Puleri leads Hitmen to shutout win over Bolts
The Hitmen were led to victory by Charles Puleri. Puleri entered the game in the second quarter in order to spark the offense, and he did just that. Puleri connected on two touchdown passes, one of which was a 77 yarder.

Chicago steals one in NY
The Hitmen knew they needed to put the Enforcers away to ensure their best chance at making the post-season. For most of the game, it appeared as if NY was just about ready to do that. The Hitmen had an 18-16 lead with only a few minutes to go, but a costly Joe Aska fumble allowed Chicago the chance at getting back in the end zone. The Enforcers won 23-18.
