	X’s and O’s Notes from the November Mini Camp November 17 - Part 2 Coach LUG Says  [A daily dose from the Head Coach of the Xtreme, Al Luginbill] Today’s topic: How XFL players are different from other leagues. Coach LU says: “The free agent football player is nirvana for the coach. He looks at it the same way the coach does. Someone has told them along the line they’re not good enough. These guys have a tremendous amount of desire to prove those people wrong. We are thrilled to give them opportunity to do that and I believe they will. You must also remember that this is a very talented group of players.” Know Your X [A player a day drives your Team X ignorance away] Today’s Subject : Jermaine Copeland Position: WR Height: 6’1 Weight: 200 Born: 3-28-75 College: University of Tennessee. (1995-98) NFLE: Barcelona Dragons (2000) Jermaine Copeland has the game to be a big time receiver, JC just needs a place to shine and LA could be that place. Copeland was Peyton Manning's favorite receiver at the University of Tennessee. After Peyton graduated to become the number one pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, Copeland hung around to help lead the Volunteers to a national title. Like many of his teammates, Jermaine Copeland is looking to make his mark in the XFL, just ask him. In Jermaine's Words: " I think everybody here at the XFL have something to prove. It's a new league coming in, everybody wants to do great, everybody is out for the same thing. We want to get better until we are the best. I think it is going to be a real competitive league and a lot of people are going to be surprised about it."
