Orlando XFL names Galen Hall Head Coach and Director of Football Operations

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 8, 2000) -- Galen Hall, who led the Rhein Fire to a pair of NFL-Europe League championships in the past three years, has been named Head Coach and Director of Football Operations for the new XFL franchise in Orlando, team Vice President and General Manager Tom Veit announced today.
